Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of EasyHrai, including accounts, multiplayer rooms, games, scenarios, subscriptions, digital products and purchases.
Eligibility
You may use EasyHrai only if you are legally permitted to do so where you live. Users who cannot independently agree to these Terms must use the service with the involvement or authorization of a parent, legal guardian or other responsible person where required by law.
Using the service
EasyHrai provides browser-based multiplayer games and related features. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not misuse the platform, interfere with its operation, bypass limits or access controls, automate abusive requests, attempt unauthorized access or use EasyHrai for unlawful activity.
Accounts and account security
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Rooms and guest participation
EasyHrai allows users to create temporary multiplayer rooms and invite other players. Some players may participate as guests without creating an account. Room owners are responsible for sharing room invitations appropriately. Room duration, capacity, creation limits and other features may depend on the current plan, purchased entitlement or promotional access.
Content submitted by users
You are responsible for nicknames, messages, feedback and other content you submit through EasyHrai. You must not submit unlawful, abusive, infringing or malicious content, or confidential or sensitive information that is not necessary to use the service. By submitting content, you allow EasyHrai to store, transmit, display and process it where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, moderate and improve the service.
Feedback
Ratings, comments, suggestions and other feedback may be used to improve EasyHrai, its games and future features. Feedback may be analyzed and summarized internally. We will not intentionally publish feedback together with information that identifies you without permission unless publication is otherwise permitted or required by law.
EasyHrai content and intellectual property
The EasyHrai platform, software, design, game materials, scenarios, text, graphics and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unless expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish or commercially exploit EasyHrai content outside the service.
Purchases and digital content
Some plans, scenarios or additional features may require payment. The applicable price, currency and product details are shown before purchase. Payments may be handled by an external payment provider. Paid access is granted after EasyHrai receives or confirms a successful payment. Refunds and cancellations are subject to the Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Subscriptions
Where a recurring subscription is offered, its price, billing period and renewal terms are shown before purchase. A recurring subscription may renew according to those terms until cancelled or otherwise ended. Cancellation normally prevents future renewal and does not automatically remove access already paid for during the current billing period unless stated otherwise or required by law.
Free plans, Early Access and promotions
EasyHrai may offer free plans, Early Access benefits, promotional limits, bonus scenarios or other special access. Eligibility and included features depend on the conditions shown when access is granted. Unless an offer expressly states that a benefit is permanent, promotional or Early Access features may be changed, replaced or discontinued as the platform develops.
Acceptable behavior
You may not use EasyHrai to harass others, impersonate another person, distribute malicious code, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, manipulate payments or entitlements, exploit technical vulnerabilities, intentionally overload the service or interfere with another user or player.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate fraud or security incidents, comply with legal requirements, respond to payment problems or address serious or repeated violations of these Terms. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Availability and changes to the service
EasyHrai is under active development. Features, games, scenarios and technical requirements may change. We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every feature will remain available indefinitely. Maintenance, technical failures and circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect access.
Third-party services
EasyHrai may rely on or link to third-party services, including payment, hosting, email and other technical providers. These services may have their own terms and policies. EasyHrai is not responsible for third-party services that are outside our control, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyHrai is not liable for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the service, temporary interruptions, loss of optional game progress or actions of other users. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, subject to any mandatory rights and protections that applicable law grants to consumers in their country of residence. If a dispute arises, you may contact us first so that we can try to resolve the matter directly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms when EasyHrai changes or when legal, security or operational requirements make an update necessary. The current version and its update date will be published on this page. If a change materially affects existing paid rights or requires additional notice or consent under applicable law, the required notice or consent process will be provided.
